These terms apply to original paintings purchased directly through www.artbydeniz.com.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions.

Orders and Preparation

Each artwork is prepared individually before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on the artwork and destination.

Details regarding shipping and delivery will always be confirmed before final fulfillment.

Shipping

Shipping arrangements depend on the artwork and delivery location.

Larger works may be shipped rolled to ensure safe international transport. When available, shipping costs are calculated as part of the checkout process.

For artworks purchased through galleries, the gallery’s own shipping policies and procedures apply.

Duties, Taxes, and Tariffs

Import duties, taxes, or tariffs are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the collector.

Delivery and Condition

Artworks are carefully packaged for transit. If your artwork arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and artwork immediately and contact me within 48 hours of delivery. If an artwork arrives damaged or is confirmed lost during shipment, a refund will be issued.

Returns

All sales are considered final unless the artwork arrives damaged or a shipping issue occurs.

If a return is approved, the artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Colour and Display

Every effort is made to present artwork colours accurately.
However, variations may occur depending on individual screen settings and lighting environments.

Copyright

All artwork images and original works remain the intellectual property of Deniz Altug.
Purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
