Large-scale diptych commissioned through Galerie Bloom for a private collector’s California home, inspired by the colors and atmosphere of the surrounding landscape.

Client Brief

Two panels (42” × 54” each), designed to hang together as a diptych while also functioning as independent paintings if displayed separately in the future.

The composition was inspired by an earlier work of mine the client responded to, while the color palette was developed in response to the greens and yellows of the surrounding landscape. The goal was to create a piece that harmonizes with the view while maintaining the layered color language of my work.

The home features expansive windows, making the landscape an integral part of the living space.
